Payments can be mailed, paid inside at the city hall service window, processed online using a credit/debit card only, or deposited into the dropbox located in the main entrance driveway. Counter checks are not accepted. There is a 4% service fee for citations and a 3.5% service charge ($1.50 minimum) when you use your credit/debit card at the window. There is no service fee when paying a utility bill online. There is a 6% service fee when paying a citation online. We cannot accept payments over the phone.
Utility bills and fees (except deposits): can be paid with cash, money order, bank issued cashier's checks, or personal check. They can be paid with a credit/debit card when paying online or in person.
Deposits: must be paid in full and can only be paid with cash, money order, or bank issued cashier's check.
Citations: can be paid with credit/debit cards, cash, money order, or bank issued cashier's checks. Citations must be paid before date of court, otherwise, court attendance is required. If court appearance is mandatory, a citation cannot be paid before the court date.
