→ Bridge on Trail - The arch bridge connecting the college to the walking trail got “tagged” over the graduation weekend. We’ve talked to the Oxford College maintenance department and they will take care of it.
→ Councilmember of the Month – Mayor Roseberry has appointed Brian Barnard as the councilmember of the month for June. Brian will be with us at the work session on May 18 and the council meeting on June 1. His lunch and tour of the city was Friday, May 15.
→ Wall Street Journal and Glass Recycling – Mayor Roseberry clipped this article from the Wall Street Journal for April 23, 2015. It doesn’t make us feel any better, but it does a very good job of explaining what is happening with glass recycling.
→ Lions Club – The Oxford Lions Club hosted a lunch for city employees at city hall last Thursday. The chili and the company was very good.
→ Police Department – Here are the totals for the fiscal year through April.
