→ MEAG Annual Meeting – I have attached a report on the MEAG annual meeting earlier this week. The national policy on carbon dioxide is changing and it will have a significant effect on our electric department. Please scroll down to the graphs at the end.

→ Moore Street Waterline – Construction started this week.

→ Substation Certificates – We have enclosed a copy of both Jody’s and Scottie’s Certificate of Completion from MEAG as a Substation low-side operator. This gives them access to the electric substation and allows them to perform certain maintenance functions and adjustments. It is a significant benefit to us during any unplanned outages. Each certificate needs to be renewed periodically.
